Smart pipeline stage automation triggered by deal activity,
with cross-platform sync to Slack, Stripe, and calendar
integrations — built inside Make.com.
A webhook listener inside Make.com monitors your CRM pipeline in real time. Every time a deal changes stage, the webhook fires instantly — passing deal ID, owner, value, and new stage into the automation router.
The router evaluates the deal's new stage, owner, and value against a rule set. Conditional branches determine which downstream actions fire — notification only, payment trigger, or full escalation sequence.
A formatted Slack message is pushed to the deal owner's DM and the relevant team channel. The message includes deal name, stage, value, and a direct CRM link. Escalation alerts go to a separate #pipeline-alerts channel.
When a deal moves to Closed Won, Make.com creates a Stripe invoice automatically — pulling deal value and contact email from the CRM. Payment confirmations are synced back to the CRM note.
A follow-up meeting is auto-created in the deal owner's Google Calendar, scheduled 24 hours after the stage change. The event includes the deal context, CRM link, and invites the contact via email.
Every execution is logged with timestamp, deal ID, triggered actions, and outcome. Weekly summary reports are pushed to a Google Sheet for pipeline health tracking and conversion rate analysis.
